Ingredients

  • Heat and pour over top of potatoes:
  • 7 Medium potatoes cooked, shredded or cubed
  • (or use frozen, I prefer Or-Ida, hash browns thawed)
  • Put potatoes in a buttered 9 x 13.
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pint sour cream
  • 1 cup finely chopped onions
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar
  • 2 Tbl. butter
  • Stir together and crumble on top:
  • 1 cup crushed corn flakes
  • 2 Tbls. melted butter
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
