Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Instant Quick Rising Yeast
  • 1/3 cups warm water
  • 3/4 cups warm water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup flour

Preparation

Step 1

Dissolve the yeast in 1/3 cups warm water. Let dissolve 3 – 5 minutes til frothy. Add the water, oil and salt. Mix in 2 cups flour til very soft. Mix and knead in another 1 cup flour. Knead 10 minutes working in the last addition of flour (1/2 cup). Let rise 30 minutes in a warm place til double in bulk or finger inserted in risen dough leaves a hole. Punch down and spread on pans that have been greased lightly. Assemble pizza and bake on 375oF oven for 12-15 minutes.
