- pickling salt
- I tsp White Vinegar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp sugar
- warm water
- quart jars

Step 1
Shred cabbage and toss with pickling salt. Put into sterilized jars with remaining ingredients. Seal and leave alone for 3-4 week.
