Cheese - filled Meatloaf

Ingredients

• 2 lb ground beef
• 1 (8oz) can tomato sauce
• 1 cup quick cooking oats
• 1/4 cup chopped onion
• 1 egg
• 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1 1/2 tsp. salt
• 1 1/2 tsp accent
• 1 tsp. oregano
• 1/4 tsp. pepper
• 1 6oz pkg. mozzarella cheese sliced or grated

Preparation

Step 1

combine all ingredients except cheese, mix well
divide meat into thirds.
put 1/3 meat into pan. cover with half the cheese.
repeat layers ending with meat

bake 350 degree 1 1/2 hours
