Whipped Cream

Ingredients

• 1 Cup heavy cream
• 1 tbsp sugar
• 1/2 tsp vanilla

Preparation

Step 1

In a stand mixer, use whip attachment and whisk cream on medium high speed until it begins to hold shape.
Add sugar and vanilla and continue to whisk until the cream mounds gently. Do not overbeat.

Variaitions:

Add any liquor, fold in a few tablespoons to taste.
