Spaghetti with Meat Sauce(for 50)

Ingredients

• 8 lbs ground beef
• 5 qt puree tomatoes
• 1 qt water
• 1 3/4 qt tomatoe sauce
• 1 lb onions,chopped
• 2 bay leaves
• 1 tsp thyme
• 1 clove garlic
• 1 Tbsp oregano
• ! tbsp basil
• 2 Tbsp sugar
• 1/4 c worchestershire sauce
• 1 tsp pepper
• 1 1/2 Tbsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Brown beef and drain off fat
Add remaning sauce ingredients to cooked bef
Cook slowly,stirring frequently,until thickened,approx. 1/2 hour
Remove bay leaves before serving
