Ingredients
- 8 lbs ground beef
- 5 qt puree tomatoes
- 1 qt water
- 1 3/4 qt tomatoe sauce
- 1 lb onions,chopped
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp thyme
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 Tbsp oregano
- ! tbsp basil
- 2 Tbsp sugar
- 1/4 c worchestershire sauce
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 1/2 Tbsp salt

Preparation
Step 1
Brown beef and drain off fat
Add remaning sauce ingredients to cooked bef
Cook slowly,stirring frequently,until thickened,approx. 1/2 hour
Remove bay leaves before serving
