Ingredients
- Illy coffee
- Milk
- Vanilla syrup
- Heavy cream
- Pumpkin syrup
- Nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Prepare 2 espressos
Add 6oz. milk to a steaming pitcher and steam. Do not create froth.
Add 2/3oz of vanilla syrup and espresso in a 8oz serving glass and stir.
Add warm milk filling the glass 1 inch from the rim.
Add 3oz. of heavy cream to a small bowl or mixing cup and 1oz of pumpkim syrup (available at Williams Sonoma). Whip lightly by hand using a fork or hand whisk so that the cream is still liquid.
Starting at the edge of the glass slowly float heavy cream on top of the coffee.
Garnish with a pinch of nutmeg.
