Ingredients
- 6 flour tortillas (10") cut into 1/2"
- strips
- 4 cans (4oz each) chopped green
- chilies, drained
- 1 LB bulk pork sausage, cooked &
- drained
- 2 C (8oz) shredded jack cheese
- 10 eggs
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 tsp each: salt, garlic salt, onion
- salt, pepper, grd. cumin, paprika
- 2 med tomatoes, sliced
- sour cream & salsa

Step 1
Instructions:
in greased 13"X9" baking dish, layer 1/2 tortilla strips, chilies, sausage
& cheese
repeat layers
in bowl, beat eggs, milk & seasonings
pour over cheese
sprinkle w/ paprika
cover & refrigerate overnight
remove from refrigerator 30 min before baking
bake, uncovered @350 for 50 min
arrange tomato slices over top
bake 10-15 min longer or until knife inserted near center comes out clean
let stand for 10 min before cutting
serve w/ sour cram & salsa
