- 1 (29-ounce) can sweet potatoes or yams, drained
- 1 (14-ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 (9-inch) frozen ready-to-bake deep-dish pie shell, thawed

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine all ingredients except the pie shell. Beat with an electric beater on medium speed until smooth and well mixed; pour into pie shell.
Bake 55 to 60 minutes, or until center is set. Allow to cool slightly and serve warm, or allow to cool then cover and chill until ready to serve.
