coconut cream pie

Ingredients

• 2 1/2 cups of milk
• 1 cup of sugar
• 6 tbsp. flour
• 2 egg yolks
• 2 tbsp. of butter
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 1 7 oz pkg coconut

Preparation

Step 1

heat milk to warm
mix sugar and flour and add to warmed milk, stir constantly till light,
in bowl stir egg yolks and add to mixture and stir for 2 minuites add butter and vanilla, and coconut, put in pie crust
