- 2 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup milk
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 cup plain flour
- 1 tbs caster sugar

Step 1
Beat 2 egg yolks, 2/3 cup milk and 1 tbsp melted butter together. Sift 1 cup plain flour and 1 tbs caster sugar into a bowl, make a well in centre and stir in egg mix.
Gradually work in flour, beating until smooth. Allow to stand for several hours. Whisk eggwhites until stiff and fold into batter.
Best for crepes, pancakes, waffles and doughnuts.
