Ingredients
- 1/2 cup plain flour
- 1/2 cup gluten free rice flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 whisked egg
- 1 1.4 cups of cold soda water
- 6 ice cubes

Step 1
Combine ½ cup plain flour, ½ cup gluten free rice flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Using chopsticks stir in egg and soda water.
Add ice cubes to keep mixture cold. Use immediately
Best for seafood and vegetables.
