Orange Juice Cake
By Addie
Have you ever tried Orange Juice Cake? I'm drooling over it (just kidding, I am actually just eating it in a sedate, ladylike, very controlled manner). It's just right for eating outside on your porch on a summer evening. You, too, can make it.

Preparation
Step 1
CAKE:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a large bundt pan, then flour it.
Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs together. Mix with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour batter into bundt pan.
Bake for 30 minutes, or until knife inserted in cake comes out clean.
......................................
GLAZE:
Combine the butter or margarine, sugar, and orange juice in a saucepan. Boil this mixture for about 2 minutes.
While cake is still warm, poke holes in the top with a fork. Pour orange juice mixture over cake. Let it soak in for 1/2 hour or so. Then turn the cake out onto a plate and eat! Dust top with confectioners' sugar.
