Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup light or dark corn syrup
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 English muffins, split

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Melt butter in 8-inch round cake pan.

Stir in brown sugar, corn syrup, nuts, raisins, and cinnamon. Arrange English muffin halves cut-side down on top of syrup mixture.

Bake 15 minutes, or until bubbly. Immediately invert muffins onto a serving dish, and serve
