Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredients

• Topping:
• 3 cups sweet potatoes (4 good size)
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup butter
• 1/3 cup milk
• 2 eggs, beaten
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 1/3 cup melted butter
• 1 cup brown sugar
• 1/2 cup flour
• 1 cup chopped pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Boil and mash potatoes. Beat in sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla and milk. Put in 9 x 13 casserole dish. Mix together topping ingredients and sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes
