Ingredients
- 1-Cup salad oil.
- 1/2 - Cup fresh lemon juice.
- 1-Tsp. Paprika.
- 1-Tsp. Salt.
- 6-8 -Broiler-fryer chickens breasts.
- 1/2-Tsp. Garlic salt.
- 1/2-Tsp. Thyme, crushed.
- 2-Tsp. Sweet basil, crushed.
- 2-Tsp. Onion powder.

Preparation
Step 1
Place chicken in shallow glass baking dish. In jar with lid, mix together all other ingredients. Shake well to blend; pour over chicken, cover with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator 6-8 hours or overnight, turning chicken occasionally. Place chicken, bone side down, on prepared grill, brush with marinade. Grill about 15-to 20 minutes, brushing often with marinade. Turn chicken and repeat brushing until chicken is golden brown, about 10 to 15 minutes, and cooked thoroughly.
