3 C sugar
1 1/2 C cream
2 1/2 sq chocolate

Step 1

Blend ingredients. Boil on high for 3 minutes without stirring. Reduce heat. Cook to soft ball- 238 degrees. Cool, beat til creamy. Add cream if frosting becomes too thick.
