Snickers Surprises

Ingredients

• 2 sticks butter
• 1 c creamy peanut butter
• 1 c light brown sugar
• 1 c sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 t vanilla
• 3 1/2 c flour
• 1 t baking soda
• 1/2 t salt
• 1 pkg snickers miniatures

Preparation

Step 1

Combine the butter, peanut butter, and sugars until light & fluffy. Slowly add eggs and vanilla. Mix in flour, salt and baking soda. Refrigerate 2-3 hours. Unwrap snickers. Divide dough into 1 T pieces and place snicker in center. Form dough around snickers. Place on greased baking sheet and bake at 300 deg for 10-12 mins. Let cool then sprinkle with conf. sugar.
