Ingredients
- 3 cups flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. baking powder
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 Tbsp. dried sage
- 1 Tbsp. dried rosemary
- 1 Tbsp. dried thyme
- 1 1/2 tea. salt

Step 1
Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and gently whisk to combine. Pour the mix into a clean 1 quart jar. Apply the lid and stir in a cook, dry place until ready to use or give.
TO USE THE MIX: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9x5 loaf pan.
In a medium bowl, combine the beer bread mix with 12 ounces warm beer and stir until just combined (a few lumps are OK). Pour into the prepared pan and dot with 2 Tbsp. butter, cut into small pieces. Bake for 45-50 minutes, until crust is golden brown.
