Ingredients
- 1 C butterscotch chips
- 2 C flour
- 1 3/4 C sugar
- 1 T baking powder
- 1 1/2 t cinnomon
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t nutmeg
- 1 C pumpkin (canned)
- 1/2 C oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 t vanilla
- powdered sugar

Preparation
Step 1
1. Microwave chips, stirring til smooth. Cool to room temperature.
2. Combine flour, sugar, b powder, cinnamon, salt and nutmeg. Stir together chips, pumpkin, oil, eggs and vanilla. Stir into flour mixture. Spoon batter into greased bundt pan.
3. Bake for 40-5- min at 350 degrees. Cool in pan for 30 min. Remove to cool completely. Sprinkle with p sugar if desired.
