Mock Pound Cake

Ingredients

• 1 yellow cake mix
• 1 - 3 oz pkg orange, lemon or pineapple jello
• 4 large eggs at room temperature
• 3/4 C water
• 1/2 C oil

Preparation

Step 1

1. Mix jello with cake mix. Make a well in center and add remaining ingredients. Beat 5 min on medium speed. Bake in greased bundt or tube pan at 350 degrees for 40-50 min.
2. Invert cake on cooling rack. When cool sprinkle with p sugar.
