Ingredients
- 2 LB ground beef
- 3/4 LB bulk Italian sausage
- 4 med onions, finely chopped
- 8 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 cans (14 1/2oz each) diced
- tomatoes, undrained
- 4 cans (6oz each) tomatoe paste
- 1/2 C water
- 14 C sugar
- 1/4 1/4
- c worcestershire sauce
- 1 TBL canola oil
- 1/4 C minced fresh parsley
- 2 TBL minced fresh basil or
- t tsp dried basil
- 1 TBL minced fresh oregano or
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 4 bay leaves
- 1 tsp rubbed sage
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried marjoram
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- hot cooked spaghetti

Preparation
Step 1
in dutch oven, cook beef, sausage, onions & garlic over med. heat until
meat is no longer pink
drain
transfer to 5qt slow cooker
stir in tomatoes, tomato paste, water, sugar, worcestershire sauce, oil
& seasonings
cover & cook on low for 8 hrs
discard bay leaves
serve w/ spaghetti
