Ingredients
- 4-6 Round Steaks.
- 1/2-Cup water.
- 1-Tbs. Steak sauce.
- 1-Tsp. Salt.
- 1-Tsp. Pepper.
- 4-6 Tbs. Flour.
- 3/4-Cup Vegetable oil.
- 1-Medium onion.
- 1 -Can cream of mushroom soup.
- 1 -Can cream of celery soup.

Preparation
Step 1
Cut meat into serving portions. Season with salt and pepper and dust with flour. Brown meat in oil on both sides. Brown onion.
Alternate meat and onion in crock pot.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over
meat. Cover and cook 6 to 8 hours on low.
