Ingredients

  • Crust:
  • 3/4 C butter, softened
  • 1/2 C p sugar
  • 1 1/2 C flour
  • Vanilla Filling:
  • 10 oz pkg of vanilla milk chips
  • 1/4 C cream
  • 1 pkg (8 oz)cream cheese, softened
  • Fruit Topping (if desired):
  • 1/4 C sugar
  • 1 T cornstarch
  • 1/2 C pineapple juice
  • 1/2 t lemon juice
  • Assorted Fruit

Preparation

Step 1

1. Heat oven to 300 degrees. Beat butter and p sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in flour. Press mixture onto bottom and up side of 12 in round pizza pan. Bake 20-25 min or til lightly browned. Cool completely.
2. Prepare Vanilla Filling. Melt vanilla chips and cream together in microwave. Cool. Beat in cream cheese until smooth. Spread on Cooled crust.
3. Slice and arrange assorted fruit on top.
4. Combine sugar and cornstarch, stir in juices. Cook over medium heat stirring constantly, until thickened. Cool. Pour over fruit.
