Red Velvet Cake Mix

Ingredients

• Cake:
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 5 eggs
• 1/2 C oil
• 1 C buttermilk
• 2 T cocoa
• 2 oz red food coloring
• Frosting:
• 1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese'
• 1 t vanilla
• 1/4 C butter
• 3 c p sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine cake mix with eggs, oil, buttermilk, cocoa and food coloring. Beat and bake cake mix as time directed on box. Cool.

Mix icing ingredients together and frost cake.
