- 1 cup fresh basil, firmly packed
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/3 cup pine nuts (lightly toasted)
- 1/3 cup fresh parmesan
- 1/4 cup olive oil

Put basil, broth & pine nuts in processor - add oil. Stir in Parmesan. Store in refrigerator.
