Ingredients
- For short ribs:
- For sliders
- 4 brioche mini buns
- 4 3 oz pieces braised BBQ shortribs
- 1 cup shaved fennel
- 1 cup picked arugula
- 3 T bourbon hydrated raisins (golden raisins soaked in equal parts bourbon/hot water/sugar enough to cover raisins let sit 10 minutes)
- 4 T dill shallot aioli (3T mayo, 1T chopped shallots, 1T chopped dill)
- 4 pieces oven roasted tomatoes (sliced tomato, olive oil, salt) oven 5 minutes 400
- 4 5 oz pieces raw boneless shortrib
- 4 T ground coffee/3T salt (rub for ribs)
- 3 cups favorite BBQ sauce
- 4 cups chicken stock

Preparation
Step 1
Rub short ribs with coffee/salt rub grill on all sides. Put in braising pot add all other ingredients and cover. Cook at 350 degrees for 3 hours.
