Ingredients
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 teaspoons vanilla, divided
- 3 cups uncooked old fashioned oats
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375F. Lightly grease baking sheets and set aside.
Combine flour, salt, baking soda and ground cinnamon in small bowl.
Beat butter, granulated sugar and brown sugar in large bowl on medium speed of electric mixer until light and fluffy.
Add egg and 2 teaspoons vanilla; beat until well blended. Add flour mixture; beat just until dry ingredients are moistened. Stir in oats and raisins.
Drop tablespoonfuls of dough 2 inches apart onto prepared baking sheets. Bake about 10 minutes or just until edges of cookies are light golden brown. Let cookies stand about 2 minutes on baking sheets; transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
For glaze, stir together powdered sugar, milk and remaining vanilla in small bowl until smooth. Drizzle over cookies with fork or spoon. Let glaze set. Store cookies between layers of waxed paper in tightly covered container.
