Ingredients

  • 1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated classic pizza crust
  • 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy roasted garlic with chicken stock cooking sauce
  • 4 teaspoons chopped garlic in water (from 4.5-oz jar), drained, or 4 small cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 packages (6 oz each) refrigerated grilled chicken breast strips, drained if needed, chopped
  • 2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (8 oz)
  • Garnishes, If Desired
  • Diced seeded plum (Roma) tomatoes
  • Sliced green onions
  • Italian seasoning or pizza seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

1 Heat oven to 425°. Spray large cookie sheet with cooking spray. Unroll pizza dough on cookie sheet; press into 15x12-inch rectangle. Bake 6 to 8 minutes or until light golden brown.

2 In small bowl, stir together 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons cooking sauce (more sauce will make crust soggy) and the garlic. Spread sauce mixture evenly over partially baked crust. Sprinkle with chicken and cheese. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Sprinkle with tomatoes, green onions and Italian seasoning.

3 Meanwhile, heat remaining sauce in 1-quart saucepan until hot; serve with pizza as dipping sauce.
