Homemade Twinkies with Cool Whip Frosting Filling 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • canoe pan
  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup milk
  • Cool Whip Frosting

Preparation

Step 1

1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spray canoe pan with cooking spray
.
2.Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy and add eggs slowly. Stir in vanilla.

3.In separate bowl, mix baking powder, flour and salt. Pour half of flour mixture into butter mixture and mix in milk then add remaining flour.

4.Fill ¾ way up with cake batter and bake 10-15 minutes.

5.Cool completely. Then fill piping bag with Cool Whip Frosting, poke 3 holes in bottom of Twinkie and pipe in frosting.
