Ingredients
- 2-1/2 cups thinly sliced savoy cabbage
- 1/2 cup coarsely shredded carrots
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced

Step 1
Combine cabbage, carrots and green onion in a bowl. Set aside. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl, stir well. Pour over cabbage, toss well. Makes 4-1/2 servings.
