  • 3/4 C butter
  • 1 pkg chocolate chips
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 3 C powdered sugar

Step 1

Mix butter, chips and evaporated milk together in pan. Melt together and bring to boil. Mix in powdered sugar. Serve warm over ice cream.
