Ingredients

  • 15 oz can pumpkin (solid pack not pie mix)
  • 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 cup butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1

350 degrees for approx. 50 minutes spray bottom of 9x13

Whisk pumpkin and sweetened milk together. Add sugar and spices. I added a little extra cinn. and nutmeg as these are my favorite spices. Stir eggs together and add to pumpkin mixture. Pour into 9x13. Sprinkle cake mix over top pumpkin mixture. Spread nuts(no perverted thoughts) over top of cake mix and press them in lightly. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake for 50 min at 350.

I made this the day before but it is much better served warm out of the oven.
