Ingredients
- 16-oz frozen shredded hash browns
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 egg, beaten
- salt and paper
- non-stick spray
- Horseradish Sauce
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp finely chopped chives (garnish)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 425 deg and heat mini-muffin tin for a few minutes.
Toss potatoes with flour. Add egg and stir. Season
Bake 9-10 minutes.
Flip and bake another 9-10 minutes.
Serve with ketchup, applesauce, or horseradish sauce.
