Ingredients
- 16 oz Brie
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 T. cognac
- apple slices or crackers

Preparation
Step 1
Cut off top of brie, mix chopped pecans and brown sugar and put on top of brie. Pour cognac over and bake at 300 for about 10 minutes. Serve with crackers.
