These probably taste similar to chocolate covered raisins! You could make all of them with raisins if you are allergic to peanuts, like I am!

Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup corn syrup
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup salted peanuts

Preparation

Step 1

In top of double boiler combine chocolate chips, corn syrup and 1 tablespoon water. Over hot, not boiling, water, melt chocolate.

Remove from heat. Divide into two parts.

Add raisins to one part of chocolate mixture, mixing well. Add peanuts to the other.

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet covered with waxed paper. Refrigerate to harden chocolate slightly, 1 hour.
