Ingredients
- 2-16 oz. Reduced fat Quark
- (yellow label).
- 2-Squares butter.
- 175-grams. sugar.
- 4 -Eggs. (5 if small).
- 2 -Packages vanilla sugar.
- 1 1/2 -Packages vanilla Pudding.
- (Not instant).
- 1 -Lemon rind.

Preparation
Step 1
Cream butter, add sugar and vanilla
sugar. Stir until smooth. Separate eggs,
add yokes to mixture and save egg whites.
Add Quark and grate lemon rind. Stir until smooth.
Whip egg whites until firm and stands in peaks. Fold into mixture.
Bake at about 325 degrees.
