Ingredients
- 1 large can Libby’s pumpkin pie mixture (brown label) 1 large can evaporated milk
- 1 box of yellow cake mix
- 1 cube butter (melted)
- 1 cup of walnuts
- 2 eggs
- water
- whipping cream
- nutmeg

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven at 350 degrees.
Beat eggs slightly and add pumpkin and blend. Measure out 2 cups of evaporated milk
If necessary, add water to equal 2 cups. Mix the pumpkin mixture and the milk.
Grease a 9” x 13” pan (use butter). Pour the pumpkin mixture into the pan. Sprinkle the dry cake mix over the mixture. Drizzle the melted butter over the cake then add the nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 70 minutes. Test for doneness with knife(should come our clean).
Top with whipping cream and nutmeg.
