Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
- dash cayenne
- salt and pepper
- 1 teasp. paprika
- 1 Tbsp. shallots, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 teasp. dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup sour cream

Preparation
Step 1
In a skillet, melt butter and add shrimp, cayenne, salt, pepper and paprika
Cook 3-5 mins. Add shallots, heay cream and mustard. Cook until cream
has reduced and thickened. Remove from heat and stir in sour cream.
