Quickie Hawaiian Pizza | The Dr. Oz Show 1 Picture

Ingredients

  • 1 whole wheat tortilla
  • 1/8 cup of pizza sauce
  • 2 oz chopped lean ham lunch meat
  • 1/8 cup canned diced pineapples,
  • 2 oz fat free shredded mozzarella cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Broil both sides of each tortilla to make them crisp.  Spread on 1/8 cup of spaghetti or pizza sauce and add the two oz of ham. Add 1/8 cup of pineapple and top with 2 oz of mozzarella.  Broil until cheese is melted.
