- 1 large can Kraut well drained
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 1 large onions chopped
- 1 green pepper chopped
- 1 large can pimientos chopped
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup vinegar
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil

Step 1
Mix kraut, celery, onion, pepper, and pimientos,
add sugar, vinegar, and oil
stir and let stand 2 days
stirring occasionally
the longer you keep it
the better it is.
