- 1/4 c plain nonfat Greek yogurt
- 1 t Dijon
- 1 t lemon juice
- 1/4 t minced garlic
- 2 c torn romaine
- 3 oz cooked chicken breast
- 1/4 avocado
- 1 T Parmesan
- Whole grain wrap, toasted

Step 1
Whisk together yogurt, Dijon, lemon juice and garlic. Toss with romaine and top with cooked chicken slices, avocado and Parmesan. Serve with a quarter of the toasted whole grain wrap.
