Ingredients

  • 3 cups rhubarb. Mix and let stand
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 Egg. In separate bowl cream together
  • 1-1/2 Cup Sugar
  • 1/2 C Margarine or Butter
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Cup Buttermilk add buttermilk and blend into creamed mixture
  • 2-1/2 Cups Flour Add and blend into creamed mixture
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • Fold rhubarb mixture and pour into pan

9x13 pan or 10x13 pan, grease we'll

Sprinkle top with 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar

Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean

Serve with whip cream
