Ingredients
- 3 cups rhubarb. Mix and let stand
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 Egg. In separate bowl cream together
- 1-1/2 Cup Sugar
- 1/2 C Margarine or Butter
- 2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 Cup Buttermilk add buttermilk and blend into creamed mixture
- 2-1/2 Cups Flour Add and blend into creamed mixture
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- Fold rhubarb mixture and pour into pan

9x13 pan or 10x13 pan, grease we'll
Sprinkle top with 3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
Bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes until toothpick comes out clean
Serve with whip cream
