Ingredients
- 2 large whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lbs)
- 1 cup dry bread crumbs (seasoned with Parmesan cheese)
- 4 tbps olive oil
- 4 tbsp butter
- 2 cups Italian tomato sauce (plain add oregano)
- 1/2 lb mozarella cheese
- 1 jar spaghetti sauce

Preparation
Step 1
1. Slice breasts in half. Pound cutlets thin.
2. Coat in bread crumbs.
3. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
4. Set tomato sauce on low heat to warm.
5. On medium-high heat, melt butter with the olive oil. Sautee the breaded cutlets until deep golden brown on both sides. Put on paper towel to drain.
6. Place 1/2 of tomato sauce in bottom of baking dish. Add cutlets, cover with rest of sauce and mozarella.
7. Cook for 10 minutes until cheese is melted.
8. Heat spaghetti sauce for side of spaghetti.
Serve with a side of spaghetti.
