- 536 g Sugar
- 208 g Corn Syrup
- 696 g Cream

Step 1
-Bring sugar and corn syrup to carmelization. Deglaze with cream.
-Add gelatin.
-Pour over chocolate, hazelnuts, and honey. Stir to incorporate.
-Pour filling into a pre-baked sweet dough shell, allow to set.
