Apple Cake

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups cooking oil
• 3 eggs
• 2 cups sugar
• 2 1/2 cups cake flour
• 1 Teaspoon salt
• 1 Teaspoon soda
• 3 lg. apples, cut in small pieces
• 1 cup pecans, choped

Preparation

Step 1

Combine first 3 ingredients in mixer at medium speed. Add mixed flour, apples, and nuts. Beat well. Bake 1 hour and 5 minutes in a greased and floured bundt cake pan at 350°F. Use 1 stick butter and ½ cup brown sugar for glaze. Combine and boil 2 minutes apply to cake while hot.
