Ingredients
- Filling:
- 15 oz Pie Crust
- 1 tsp flour
- 3 cups cubed, cooked chicken
- 1 1/2 cups green or red grapes, cut in half
- 1/2 cup shredded carrot
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbs lemon juice
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds
- Garnish with shredded red cabbage, shredded carrot, lettuce, parsley or as desired

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 450°. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for unfilled one crust pie using 9 inch pan. Bake at 450° for 9-11 minutes.
In large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, carrots, celery, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice; mix well. Spoon into cooled pie crust. Sprinkle with almonds. Store in refrigerator.
