Ingredients

  • Filling:
  • 15 oz Pie Crust
  • 1 tsp flour
  • 3 cups cubed, cooked chicken
  • 1 1/2 cups green or red grapes, cut in half
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot
  • 1/2 cup sliced celery
  • 1 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbs lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup slivered almonds
  • Garnish with shredded red cabbage, shredded carrot, lettuce, parsley or as desired

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 450°. Prepare pie crust according to package directions for unfilled one crust pie using 9 inch pan. Bake at 450° for 9-11 minutes.

In large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, carrots, celery, mayonnaise, salt and lemon juice; mix well. Spoon into cooled pie crust. Sprinkle with almonds. Store in refrigerator.
