Rocky Road Cake

Ingredients

• Marble Cake mix
• 3 cans chocolate frosting
• 1/2 c peanut butter
• 1 1/4 c marshmallow fluff
• 1 c additional frosting

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 deg. Grease 3 9" cake pans. Prepare cake according to directions. Divide yellow batter among pans; spoon chocolate batter over and swirl. Bake 25-30 mins. Cool in pans 20 mins. Combine 1 can frosting with peanut butter. Place layer on platter, spread with 1/2 of pb mix. Pipe 1" thick ring of plain frosting around edge. Refrigerate 15 mins. Spread 1/2 c fluff within ring. Repeat with second layer. Top with remaining layer. Finish frosting cake with plain frosting. Transfer remaing fluff to plastic bag, heat in 5 second intervals until just soft enought to drizzle over cake
