Beefy Mushroom

Ingredients

• 2 lbs lean ground beef
• 1 pkg dry beef onion soup mix
• Black pepper
• 4 c beef broth
• 1/4 c cornstarch
• Sliced mushrooms
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• Oil

Preparation

Step 1

Place beef, onion soup mix and black pepper in bowl; then mix well. Form into patties. In a skillet, add a little oil and brown mushrooms; then set aside in bowl. Brown patties in same skillet and place in oven-safe dish. Place mushrooms on top of patties. In a large bowl, mix beef broth, cornstarch and garlic Pour over patties and mushrooms. bake at 350 degrees until broth has turned to gravy.
