  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 4 to 5 fresh mushroom, sliced
  • 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 c pizza sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Brown sausage. Roll out dough to 12" rectangle. Cut into four pieces. Top half of heach rectangle with sauce, sausage, mushrooms and cheese. Fold dough to enclose. Crimp edges with a fork. Place on lightly greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
